Once we have received all of the required documentation you will be fully enrolled remotely and an email will be sent to your university and personal email address confirming your status. During the process of enrolment, you will also gain access to our Virtual Learning Environment (QMPlus) and receive your Queen Mary email and network account information. If you have any queries about QMPlus or your university account, please contact your academic department directly or Queen Mary’s IT Helpdesk, who will be able to help you.
Starting your programme
Check our departmental webpages for updates on your programme and your reading lists. Your School/Institute will contact you regarding the arrangements for starting your programme. Find contact details for your School/Institute.
Gradintelligence Account (Student Status Letter)
Once you have been fully enrolled by the enrolment team, we will create an account for you with Gradintelligence, the service provider of our official Student Status Letter and HEAR (digital transcript). You will receive an email from ‘email@example.com’ asking you to activate your account and we advise that you do this as soon as possible so that you can view your letter. The Student Status Letter can be used as a bank letter, for council tax exemption purposes and as a certificate of study.
