Queen Mary’s main campus in Mile End is less than 20 minutes from the City, Canary Wharf, Tech City and the West End. With so many employers on our doorstep, there are many opportunities for internships and work placements that will help you get the job you want when you graduate. These include award-winning work experience programmes offered by our Careers & Enterprise service, which has links to businesses and organisations across the capital.
Many of our Schools have links to industry and offer work placements as part of their degrees – including Engineering and Materials Science, Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Economics and Finance and Maths. We are the only London Russell Group university to offer Degree Apprenticeships.
