Students will need to get new ID cards from the Student Enquiry Centre. If their card has expired (for example, they have interrupted their studies and the course end date has changed) or has been stolen (and they can provide a crime reference number) it is free to replace the card, otherwise it will cost £20: http://www.arcs.qmul.ac.uk/students/sec/student-card/
