Study in Chengdu and London and receive degrees from both Queen Mary and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics

We are proud to partner with Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE). This partnership allows us to offer students the chance to study in London and Chengdu and get degrees from both institutions.

As a student at SWUFE, there are various ways you can join us at Queen Mary!

Via the 4+1 route: Students who have completed a bachelors degree from SWUFE are able to apply for a Masters programme in the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary. In addition, students who have completed a bachelors degree from the School of Law SWUFE are able to apply for a law Masters programme in the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, our postgraduate Law school, at Queen Mary.

Via the 1+1+1 route: For students on a 3-year Masters degree. Complete Masters Year one at SWUFE, take Year two at Queen Mary studying one of our Masters degrees, then return to SWUFE for Year three and completion of the SWUFE Masters degree.

Students on any relevant Masters degree within SWUFE can apply to Queen Mary's School of Finance and Economics postgraduate programmes. Students following a Masters degree within SWUFE's School of Law can apply to Masters programmes within Queen Mary's Centre for Commercial Law Studies.
