We operate a reduced face-to-face service on rail/tube strike days 10am - 3pm.
The University has received reports of scam emails being sent to international students from the following email address: fee@qmul.ac.uk. This is not a genuine Queen Mary email address.
These emails claim to be from the Queen Mary Fees office and request that you make an appointment to show that you have more than £120,000 in your bank account.
These emails are a scam that we are urgently investigating. If you receive an email from fee@qmul.ac.uk, or any communication that you suspect is malicious, do not respond, and forward the email to report-phishing@qmul.ac.uk, and delete it.

The Queen Mary Advice and Counselling service will be running a session on the 1st September for pre-sessional English students that need to extend their Student visa. You can contact Advice and Counselling if you have any questions about the visa application process or if have any concerns about being targeted by fraudulent emails.
