Graduation ceremonies

Congratulations Class of 2018!

Bookings for winter graduation have now closed. If you have not yet booked your ticket, please join the waiting list for your ceremony.*

Students joining the waiting list will be contacted 10 working days after joining with an update. Updates on your waiting list status will be sent to the email address used to sign up to the waiting list. We strongly advise you do not make travel arrangements for yourself / your guests until you receive confirmation from us.

*We are sorry if you missed the official booking deadline. At this stage we can no longer guarantee you two guest tickets. We will not be operating a waiting list for extra ticket allocations. Should tickets become available nearer the event (eg due to cancellations) we will get in touch with details of how to purchase them. Please note, due to the volume of enquiries we receive at this stage, we are not able to respond to any calls or emails we receive regarding extra tickets. Thank you for your patience. 



 Winter Graduation 2018

Winter Graduation 2018 will take place between Monday 17th December and Friday 21st December. The date and time of specific ceremonies have been confirmed and can be found here

Please be advised that winter graduation ceremonies are tailored to postgraduate students and those undergraduates who have completed summer re-sits. If you do not fall into these categories but believe you should graduate this winter, please contact us at to explain why you must graduate in December, so we can discuss your extenuating circumstances. All other students, please contact us with your student ID to defer to the summer 2019 ceremonies.

Summer Graduation 2019

Summer Graduation 2019 will take place some time between Monday 15th July and Wednesday 31st July. The date of specific ceremonies will be confirmed and published here in Semester 2 (2018/19), so keep checking for updates on when your school will graduate.
