Events and workshops
London Venture Crawl
London Venture Crawl is an initiative between 17 UK universities to explore the entrepreneurial highlights of London by Routemaster buses.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, London Venture Crawl 2021 is going to look different - we’re going digital!
On Wednesday 10th March 2021 you will have, for the first time, the opportunity to hear from the most entrepreneurial places, companies and people, this time all from the comfort of your own homes.
The event is designed to give students the opportunity to connect to real-world businesses, be inspired by the UK’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem, and gain skills in self-confidence, creative thinking, and leadership.
Global Entrepreneurship Week
Talks and workshops at QMUL as part of, Global Entrepreneurship Week.
Global Entrepreneurship is a collection of tens of thousands of events, activities and competitions each November that inspire millions to explore their potential as an entrepreneur while fostering connections and increasing collaboration within their ecosystems.
GradVenture is the University of London’s start-up competition for students and graduates, attracting the most innovative start-ups emerging from UoL campuses.
Students and recent graduates from participating UoL colleges can enter into one of two categories by submitting a short application form and 60 second video pitch, showcasing innovative, game-changing ideas.
In Winter, shortlisted applicants are asked to pitch their ideas live at the semi-finalists’ bootcamp in London. 5 start-ups from each category will then go on to compete for the opportunity to win a share of £10,000 at the finals in Spring.
