Raising Mysis/SITS call

Step 1

Log into Mysis and click on SIS support & training (This might hidden and only appear once + is clicked) then Log a call (This will open a new window). SIS Support and Training - Marking - Mysis

Step 2

Please click on “Log call” once inside the window.

Step 3

Please click inside the search box and type Access, then click on Access for a new starter.

Step 4

Please complete the necessary fields below and add any necessary files, then click on Send.

Form - Send - Mysis

You should receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Once the access has been granted you will receive a confirmation.
