Key collections

You can collect your keys and move into your room from the commencement date given on your licence agreement or any day after the commencement date of your licence agreement.  You will need to produce a copy of your arrivals pass and photo identification to collect your keys. Your arrivals pass will be available 14 days prior to the start date of your residential licence agreement via your residences account at residencesonline.qmul.ac.uk

If you are an international student, please also visit the UK Government guidance regarding countries that are exempt from 14 day isolation. International students can request to arrive up to 14 days before the start of their residential licence agreement, if they are required to self-isolate in accordance with the current Government guidelines.
