CReMSIA is a research database collecting long-term, routine clinical data from patients who have participated in synovial biopsy-based studies coordinated by the Centre for Experimental Medicine and Rheumatology. Additionally, patients with inflammatory arthritis attending the outpatient clinic will be recruited as part of a standard of the care control arm to compare the long-term clinical outcomes of research patients with routine care and thus assess the impact of synovial biopsy on disease progression.
