Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated academic who has the commitment and ability to make an active
contribution to Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary, Malta Campus
in Gozo, Malta.

The successful candidate will possess an MBBS/MBChB or appropriate experience in the clinical
environment with qualifications in Health, Psychology or Related Subject. They with a demonstrable
track record of outstanding teaching. You must be able to work effectively with other members of the
team, actor colleagues, external tutors, and the wider medical school. We would particularly welcome
applications from individuals with experience of large and small group undergraduate teaching in
communication skills, experience of assessment of clinical communication skills, and be comfortable
working and teaching online.

Experience of student pastoral support would be desirable but not compulsory.

Salary for appointment as Lecturer is €44,802 per annum. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave.
