In October 2020, we ran a month-long series of events in partnership with Mental Health Association Gozo, to support the mental health of the community in light of the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our flagship event was a full-day conference with a packed agenda of expert speakers.

As part of the above event series, we ran Mindful Art sessions with a local artist. Art is a natural, therapeutic way to practice mindfulness and improve wellbeing, and participants benefitted from the beautiful setting of our roof terrace overlooking the Gozo Citadel.
