To support the Queen Mary Strategic Plan, the Estates and Facilities Directorate has a limited number of flats which can be booked by academic departments or professional services for periods of up to 3 months, at the Mile End campus. The aim of this accommodation is to assist new members of staff on their initial arrival in London, academic visitors and guests of the Principal, Vice-Principals, Heads of School and to support existing academics and professional services staff.
Our staff flats have one double bed and are suitable for a maximum of 2 adult guests, under 18's are not allowed. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for families.
We have no staff accommodation at the Whitechapel and Charterhouse Square campuses.
Fees for Academic Session 2022-23 are £73.00 per night.
Prices are reviewed annually and increases take effect from 1 September each year.

The booking of staff accommodation is now a two-stage process:
Complete the Staff Accommodation Booking Form and send to the Commercial Sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the Staff Accommodation Booking Form has been received, the team will check for availability and send a Booking Confirmation email.
Once you receive the Booking Confirmation email you will be liable for the Residential Fees for the booking unless you follow the cancellation procedure outlined in the email and the Staff Accommodation Guide.
