Jaclyn is the HR Advisor at Queen Mary University of London (Malta Campus) and brings an empathic and caring attitude to the company. She believes employees to be a company’s biggest asset and maintains that strong social relationships generate a more trusting and healthy work environment.

At Queen Mary Malta Campus, Jaclyn’s role, amongst others, includes looking after the day-to-day HR processes, developing policies and procedures, staff recruitment and selection, and dealing with various HR queries throughout the business.

Before joining Queen Mary, Jaclyn was a HR Manager at the Corporate Directorate within the Ministry for Gozo, and together with her team, managed and responded to the HR inquiries of 1000+ public service employees.

Jaclyn graduated from the University of Malta in 2002 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Communication Studies (Hons.) and International Relations, and a Diploma in Public Administration in 2016. She was recently awarded a Master’s in Management (Human Resources) with IDEA Leadership and Management Institute (Malta).

In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family.   She also enjoys travelling, discovering unique cultures, and making new friends.
