Module Description

The module is strongly committed to presenting a global and comparative perspective highlighting the contemporary principles and international trends of corporate finance rather than the pointillist and ephemeral details of national rule books.

The main purpose of this module is to provide students with an introduction and basis for the understanding of the developments in corporate financing options, methods and techniques from an international legal, economic, and policy point of view.
