British constitution and Scottish independence

Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott was a special guest on the TNT Show as an expert on the British constitution and Scottish independence.

Throughout the programme, Professor Douglas-Scott discusses various issues including the latest ruling from the UK Supreme Court on Scottish Independence, the challenges Scotland could face trying to gain independence, and the weaknesses of the British Constitution in its current form.

Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott is Anniversary Chair in Law at Queen Mary University of London.
