The Institute for Global Law, Economics and Finance at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies organises its inaugural conference on 'Cross border challenges in competition enforcement'.
The aim of the conference is to showcase areas of convergence and divergence and ideally discuss ways of more harmonisation in how major jurisdictions enforce competition law. We aim to discuss the priorities and the legislative developments on the one hand and the enforcement of competition legislation on the other.
The conference will be held under Chatham House rules.
The Conference will be followed by a Reception.
