Service Description 

The library catalogue (Encore) allows for the searching and discovery of books, e-books and DVDs, including the library of the Intellectual Property Archive. The library catalogue is available online to all users, although a library account and University IT Services account are required to experience the full range of services e.g. placing reservations and accessing e-books.

Library Catalogue (Encore) related requests should be made 5 working days in advance

Cost

There is no cost to the user for this service, but it is a role based service so will need local approval prior to requesting access.

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
