LAW6157 Labour Law: Individual Protections, Human Rights and Workplace Justice

Students will learn about UK law on protecting working people with individual and human rights. The focus will be on understanding how individual rights, like that to the national minimum wage, and human rights protections, like the Right to Freedom of Association in the ECHR 1950, work in practice to address contemporary workplace issues and conflicts.

Method of Assessment:

The module will be assessed by a 2h15 minute unseen exam.
