LAW4104 Contract Law I: Formation and Vitiation

This module introduces students to the principles of contract at common law and in equity and how these are applied to agreements. Students will study formative elements, including offer and acceptance, consideration, promissory estoppel, intention to create legal relations, certainty of terms and vagueness; vitiating elements, including mistake, misrepresentation and duress; and the enforcement of contractual rights.
