SOLM256 International Commercial Arbitration

Module Description

This is an introductory module on the law and practice of international commercial arbitration.

This one-semester module is aimed at students who do not specialise in dispute resolution and therefore does not require prior knowledge of the subject. However, the module may still be suitable for those not specialising in dispute resolution, but have some knowledge of the topic and would like to explore it in some further detail. This module will consider most of the key themes covered in the specialist arbitration modules but in less detail.
