Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal has been invited to participate in the Nottingham Law School Centre for Business and Insolvency Law’s International Insolvency Conference on 11 September 2013. His paper will be titled ‘The Pari Passu Dilemma in the Sovereign Debt Context’. The Centre has hosted or co-hosted these conferences annually since 2008.
