Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas has been selected to take part in the Lord Mayor's business delegation to reinforce commercial ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UK. The main purpose of the visit is to foster ties between the two nations and identify opportunities for them to work together in order to open up financial markets in the Gulf.
