Dr Arnold-Dwyer chairs panel discussion on climate and environmental goals and insurance

On 11 October, Dr Franziska Arnold-Dwyer chaired a panel discussion on 'Translating climate and environmental aspirations into insurance reality' at the annual British Insurance Law Association Conference at Lloyd's.

The panel discussed a number of climate change-related issues facing the insurance industry, including insurance product innovation, greenwashing, the energy transition and the integration of ESG ratings into the underwriting process.

Dr Franziska Arnold-Dwyer is Senior Lecturer in Insurance Law and Specialism Director for Insurance Law at Queen Mary University of London. She is also Deputy Director of the Insurance, Shipping & Aviation Law Institute at Queen Mary's Centre for Commercial Law Studies.
