Linda Silberman, Martin Lipton Professor of Law at New York University Law School Paris, and Distinguished Visiting Scholar at CCLS, was in Paris to co-teach a class on 'International Commercial Litigation' with Dr Maxi Scherer. Together with students from more than 10 different countries as diverse as Singapore, Russia, Norway and Nigeria, Silberman and Scherer discussed the main features transnational lawyers need to be aware of when running international commercial cases.
