Why did you choose to study at CCLS?

I choose to study at CCLS because I was interested in deepening my knowledge of banking and finance law. Also, I was aware of Prof. Rosa Lastra being the leading scholar on this topic from a former boss in a law firm in Argentina who is also a CCLS alumnus.

What was your favourite memory as a CCLS student?

My favorite memory as a CCLS student was attending the LLM courses and being fascinated about all the information I received from outstanding scholars and also practitioners in one of the key financial centers of the world. I have also gained long term friendships with classmates and professors.

What does being a member of the CCLS community mean to you?

Being part of the CCLS community not only gave me trusted academic credentials but also let me interact with amazing scholars and professionals worldwide.

How did your CCLS experience contribute to your career?

My CCLS experience has had a decisive impact on my career. It was thanks to one of CCLS’s professor’s recommendations, that I decided to start an academic career after completing my LLM and I have been in regular contact with this particular professor and CCLS for almost a decade.

Why do you think prospective students should study at CCLS?

CCLS offers a variety of courses dictated by well known professors so I think it depends on the individual case. However, I believe that every CCLS student must take at least one of Professor Lastra’s courses. She is not only an outstanding academic but also an amazing lecturer.
