Exec Programme launch

CCLS is working with colleagues across the School of Law as part of an initiative to expand its varied portfolio of cutting-edge Executive Education programmes, available both online and in-person. CCLS has a long history of contributing to the training of practitioners and industry professionals, as well as providing seminars and lectures that count towards continuing professional development.

We offer a variety of programs and approaches, designed to provide to practitioners, leaders and organisations the skills to evolve and the means to excel. The open and customised programmes bring our faculty's thought leadership to practitioners, and aim at ensuring that organisations reach their strategic and developmental goals. Our objective is to link learning to practice and expand our global community of learners equipped to thrive in a continuously evolving environment.

Our Executive Education courses are taught by CCLS faculty who are leaders in their respective fields and by senior industry professionals.

Recent Additions to our Portfolio

• International Asset Tracing and Recovery, an in person course run with Mishcon de Reya and Blackstone Chambers. The five-day programme is aimed at a wide audience including practitioners, judges and economists and will help learners to build upon their existing expertise in the area of asset tracing and recovery. Delivered through lectures, seminars and workshops, the course structure reflects the entire process which legal professionals have to go through from the moment of discovery of a theft up to the execution of legal orders as part of the recovery process.


• International Investment Law and Arbitration. The School of International Arbitration at CCLS, is offering a unique online Executive Course on International Investment Law and Arbitration designed for governmental lawyers and officials. This 10-week executive education course offers a comprehensive study of the law and practice of international investment arbitration. The course is aimed at governmental lawyers and officials, who want to build their expertise in dealing with arbitrations involving foreign investors. The course offers an integrated programme of state-of-the-art research and practice-based knowledge, legal awareness, and practically applicable skills.


• Global Business Strategy in a Post-Brexit World, an online course developed with the Institute for International Trade in Adelaide, exploring the impact of Brexit on trade between the UK, Europe and Asia.  This course has been designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding the impact of these shifts in global trade patterns on their business and markets, and to provide tools which will enable participants to create strategies to succeed in a reshaped marketplace.
