Yahor YefanauDuring my career, I have been involved in different industries and roles, from in-house legal counsel and law firm associate to legal advisor for projects established by the World Bank. Thanks to the LLM degree in IP Law from Queen Mary, I was lucky to be introduced to the world of Interactive Entertainment Law. A couple of years ago, I joined a mobile gaming company, Awem Games, as Chief Counsel. My core competencies and responsibilities include advising the Board and the C-Suite on a range of issues to mitigate risk and increase potential, providing regulatory compliance, evaluating legal implications and business initiatives and supporting human relations. Mobile gaming is a fascinating and growing industry and constantly raises novel challenges which need to be resolved on a daily basis.
