Let's Write! Off-site!

On 23 November, we will run a day-long writing retreat at the Royal Foundation of St. Katherine – a peaceful setting by Limehouse station – to allow our researchers to focus on a piece of writing. Just like our online Let's Write! retreats, you'll get a total of 4 hours of writing time and an opportunity to meet and trade writing tips with other doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. The retreat is free for attendees and will include lunch and two coffee breaks with snacks.

Please complete the registration form by the end of 31 October 2022 and we will contact you with additional information.

QM Careers: Careers in Writing

Join researchers from LSE, KCL, QMUL and UCL on Tuesday 29th November at 4-5PM as we celebrate writing careers as part of WriteFest 2022.  Alumni from each institution, working across policy, science comms, fiction and publishing will inspire you to think about using your writing skills in your futures.  Expect some career journeys, some top facts, and something for everyone in this exploration of one of your possible future paths.

You can sign up for this event through the CPD booking system and submit your questions in advance of the event on this padlet.

Looking forward to seeing you all in this collaborative adventure!
