The project aimed to improve inclusive teaching for neurodiverse students by increasing engagement with training and other resources. Through the collaboration between the Neurodivergent Society and Giorgia Pigato, students' experiences were included in the asynchronous resource and staff training sessions to highlight the real-life impact on neurodiverse students. During consultations and interviews, students could share their struggles and suggest improvements to QMUL courses. Furthermore, I encouraged students to highlight the need for inclusivity through letter templates sent to their tutors and lecturers. Overall, the project helped improve staff and students' communication about neurodiversity, teaching, and adjustments.
