If you co-deliver a module, learner engagement could be affected by using too many different technologies for the same purpose. For example, online sessions may be using both Zoom and MS Teams and quizzes may be using Mentimeter and QMPlus. LEA can be used to see if attendance and engagement is greater when using a specific tool which can in turn help module design.
