This Academic Leadership Development programme is an interactive programme of training, action learning sets and project work, designed specifically for our Programme Directors.

Unit 1: Understanding Your Role

  • Understand the Programme Director role and expectations
  • Identify and understand the sector drivers relevant to your role
  • Define the Queen Mary context and 2030 strategy 
  • Recognise your role's challenges and opportunities for educational leadership
