Taken during her time at Girton College, a note on the reverse suggests this is a photograph of the Girton Prayer Group, founded by Constance. Her diaries show that Constance took a keen interest in the religious beliefs of her fellow students, commenting on their different religious upbringings, she also recalled conversations about divinity and prayer meeting discussions.
