On Thursday 26 January 2023, Professor Miriam Goldby gave evidence on the Electronic Trade Documents Bill to the House of Lords Special Public Bill Committee.
The proposed bill is the result of the Electronic Trade Documents project carried out by The Law Commission of England and Wales for the UK Government.
