Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas to talk on the links between the trading system and sustainable energy, Hong Kong and Italy

Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) will present his research under the title “A new governance for trade and sustainable development.” The conference is on The EU and its partners in global governance, to be held in Hong Kong, 14-15 June 2018.

  • Professor Leal-Arcas will also be the discussant and rapporteur of the panel ‘WTO Rules and the many Nexuses of Global Trade: Investments, Carbon Emissions and Pharmaceuticals’ in the same conference
