New research on blockchain from Queen Mary University published in Forbes

Published:

Research from Queen Mary was featured in a Forbes article about Blockchain. The article reads: “So is it possible to create a legally compliant blockchain? Researchers from the University of Cambridge and Queen Mary University of London may have found a compromising solution. They proposed a new technical solution for private blockchains that will incorporate the ‘right to be forgotten’ rule. Instead of figuring out how to erase data from the blockchain, researchers proposed to delete relevant decryption keys for certain entries. In this case, the data remains recorded on the ledger, but it cannot be accessed or decrypted.” Read more on Forbes. Read the original Queen Mary story.
