2015 International Arbitration Survey cited in The China Business Law Journal

Published:

The China Business Law Journal writes about the concept of the ‘seat of arbitration’, which refers to the legal place of the arbitration or the legal jurisdiction to which arbitration is anchored, and its critical impact on the conduct of international arbitrations and enforcement of arbitral awards. It cites the 2015 survey 'Improvements and Innovations in International Arbitration' by QMUL’s School of International Arbitration, and White & Case.
