Professor Raphael Heffron publishes one of the leading EU Energy Law texts of 2016 with Professor Peter Cameron


Professor Raphael Heffron, Jean Monnet Professor in Energy and Natural Resources Law and Policy at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), and Professor Peter Cameron, from the University of Dundee, just published their co-edited book entitled Legal Aspects of EU Energy Regulation: The Consolidation of Energy Law Across Europe with Oxford University Press.

The book is one of the most comprehensive about EU electricity regulation and in terms of its coverage with it including chapters on all EU Member States (and inc. Norway also). There are also additional chapters that cover more general legal issues such as a focus on completing the internal market, the new role for energy regulators and the external relations of the EU. Leading law firms contributed from around the EU Member States contributed chapters.
