Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas to speak on EU-China energy at a conference in Hong Kong

Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law at Queen Mary's Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), will speak at the ‘EU-Asian Energy Politics in the 21st Century’ held at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 10-12 March 2016. He will speak on “The EU Energy Union: An example of cooperation in energy for East Asia?”
