Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law at Queen Mary's Centre for Commercial Law Studies, “received the first copy of his new book ‘The European Energy Union – the quest for secure, affordable and sustainable energy’ during the 11th edition of the Claeys & Casteels EU Energy law & Policy Conference, which was held last February in Brussels. In their newsletter, Claeys and Casteels state "It is the first book to analyze the European Energy Union and the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change and also explains the five pillars of the EU Energy Union."
