Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas has been invited to participate in the First Global Partnership for Action on Green Economy Conference. The conference is being organised by Partnership for Action on Green Economy, a joint initiative by UNEP, ILO, UNIDO and UNITAR. It will take place in Dubai on 4-5 March 2014. The conference will explore issues related to international development, the eradication of poverty and the green economy.
