Dr Ana Maria Fagetan is a Senior Lecturer in Banking and Financial Regulation at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, where she teaches post-graduates lectures and seminars on Banking and Financial Regulation and at the “Academia della Guardia di Finanza” a postgraduate Course in Banking and Financial Supervision. She earned her PhD under the supervision of Professor Rosa M. Lastra and her LLM in Banking and International Financial Law at Queen Mary University of London. Dr Ana Maria Fagetan is also an Italian lawyer advising clients on hedge funds, banking and commercial law as a member of the law office of Prof. Domenico Siclari in Rome. She is a member of the Commission of Banking Law at the Bar Association of Rome.
