The School of International Arbitration hosted a seminar in hybrid format (in-person and online) on the theme of Developing a Case Strategy and Advocacy in International Arbitration: Cross-cultural Perspectives.

The panelists discussed the nuts and bolts of developing a case strategy and the skills required for effective written and oral advocacy. They also addressed how culture affect case strategies and advocacy.

The seminar speakers were Franz Schwarz (Vice-Chair of International Arbitration Group, WilmerHale) and Sarah Vasani (Co-head of International Arbitration, CMS).

The seminar will be moderated by Professor Loukas Mistelis (Queen Mary University of London).
