Class size

If class sizes exceed 16 students then two groups will be run in parallel for the second half of the course.

Materials for Course

Patents Act 1977 (as amended) The CIPA Guide to the Patents Act The Modern Law of Patents EPO Guidelines for Examination Cases – The most significant cases will be indicated in seminars and students should ensure they have a detailed knowledge of these. Other cases will also be identified and should be the subject of a good working knowledge.
