The seminar looks at value in digital data and its legal implications from two different perspectives- digital data and its relationship to privacy and the commodification of personal data as a value exchange on the one hand, and which digital data constitute digital assets recognized as property, on the other hand. There will be four short presentations, followed by a discussion.
