Jeet published the article, entitled ‘Tale of Two Enclaves (Dadra & Nagar Haveli)’ in SCC, an online blog renowned in the Indian legal community.

According to Jeet, “My article explains the brief history of how the Portuguese came into occupation of these enclaves in India, the events leding to the initiation of the proceedings before the International Court of Justice, the defense of India, the arguments of Shri Motilal Setalvad, the first Attorney General for India, the judgment of the International Court, and how the two enclaves and later Goa, Daman and Diu got integrated into India which is a fascinating part of legal history.”

Since completing his LLM in International and Commercial Law at CCLS in 2011, Jeet has practiced as an Advocate in the High Court of Gujarat and the Supreme Court of India, representing numerous corporate and government organisations. He was also appointed as Counsel for the official liquidator attached to the High Court of Gujarat.
