CCLS Director meets alumni in Jakarta
The Centre of Commercial Studies (CCLS) at Queen Mary University of London held a gathering event in Indonesia with Professor Ioannis Kokkoris, the Director of CCLS. The event was held on Friday, 17 February 2023 at the Bunk Lounge Lobby, Pullman Hotel Central Park, Jakarta. The Indonesian alumni who attended had graduated between 2001 and 2022 with 15 members participating.
Two CCLS Chapter Indonesia committee members, Ayu Mawar Rini and Muhammad Iqbal Pratama conveyed a short testimonial about the event:
“This is my very first QMUL event after graduating in 2020. I am so delighted to welcome Professor Ioannis Kokkoris and finally meet CCLS Alumni in Indonesia. Hopefully, connecting with other fellow alumni could strengthen the community either to learn from each other and establish more engagement for the group and CCLS in general.”

The gathering allowed alumni to connect between other alumni and concluded the plan for an annual gathering in Indonesia and to engage in more career schemes that benefits the members as part of the CCLS Indonesia Chapter.
