Maarten Draye is re-appointed to the Commission on Arbitration and ADR by the International Chamber of Commerce in Belgium

Maarten has recently been re-appointed to the Commission on Arbitration and ADR by the International Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. 

Maarten Draye (International Business Law LLM, 2006) said on his LinkedIn post:

"I am very grateful to International Chamber of Commerce in Belgium for reappointing me to the Commission on Arbitration  and ADR, the ICC’s leading think tank and rule-making body for international dispute resolution. 
 
I look forward to our continued preliminary discussions in Brussels, and to join and work together with the Commission’s renewed membership of more than 1,000 members from over 100 countries, comprising lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, law professors and experts in various dispute resolution fields."

Maarten is currently a Partner at Hanotiau & van den Berg and is working as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer and Arbitrator. He is also a committee member of the AFSIA chapter
