More specifically, Dr Makhlouf will explore ‘The application of late payment penalty (ta'widh & gharamah) in Islamic finance arbitration’. This webinar is designed to bring together arbitration and dispute resolution practitioners, arbitrators, counsel, academics, and professionals from all parts of the world involved and/or having an interest in gaining further knowledge in the practice of arbitration in Islamic finance.
