It is entitled The EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement: Analysing the Scope of the Agreement and National Treatment. This Paper aims to critically assess the scope and National Treatment of the EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement, focusing on the clarity of the wording as well as the guidance and grey areas the tribunals could have when interpreting these notions.
